Due to the amount of missing parcels recently, we have had to change our shipping from 2nd class standard to tracked shipping. Standard shipping will be avaliable but if your parcel doesn't arrive we will not take any responsibilty for the parcel as we highly recommend that you purchase the tracked shipping to avoid any issues as a lot of local delivery offices are short staffed leading to delays and missing parcels.Â
If your parcel goes missing we will not be able to do anything about until after 10 working days(which is monday to saturday for royal mail) after 10 working days, we will submit a claim with royal mail but we will be unable to replace or refund you for the order! Â
